Rental Agreements: Party Room (see Rules) - approved by Board on Jan 31st 2024; Table Tennis (see Rules) - approved by Board on Feb 29th 2024.
As a part of the Party Room Rental Agreement the following charges will be applied:
1. Rental Fee, including the Cleaning Cost – 100 CAD
2. Security Deposit – 500 CAD returnable upon inspection for damages.
3. Delivery and Removal of the additional tables for the private parties – 10 CAD /per table.
4. Licensed Security Guard, if requested by Management, depending on the type of the Function – in accordance with rates provided by security company
NOTE: Circle of Care & Bingo Nights (free of charge) - same rules as above
